Need a feature you don't see? 31 of our 42 employees are working designers — flag it on the audit call and we'll tell you plainly whether it's on the roadmap.

§ 03 — Procurement, answered plainly

The questions that stall a forward to finance.

Built for the buyer, not the user. If your finance partner or security reviewer needs something we haven't covered here, the audit call is the right next step — we'll send a written answer within one business day.

How are seats counted — do contractors, PMs, and reviewers count?

A seat is anyone who can edit a library, push tokens, or leave a review comment. Unlimited viewers, stakeholders, and read-only contractors are free on every plan. If you have rotating contractors on a Team plan, we recommend the Enterprise seat-pool add-on at $9 / contractor / mo — finance usually prefers the predictability.

Annual vs. monthly billing — what's the actual difference?

Annual billing on Team is $24 / seat / mo, billed once. Monthly billing is $30 / seat / mo — same product, no feature difference, just a 20% delta. Enterprise is annual-only with NET-30 invoicing; we don't run monthly Enterprise contracts because the onboarding cost makes them uneconomic for both sides.

Are there token-sync or component-import limits on Studio or Team?

Studio caps at 10,000 tokens and read-only GitHub sync. Team and Enterprise have no token cap — we shipped 3.2M tokens across 84M total processed since launch. Component imports are uncapped on all plans; the soft limit is your Figma library, not ours.

Can we get SOC 2 documentation and a completed security questionnaire?

Yes. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR-compliant since 2022. We're the only design-ops vendor that publishes quarterly security audits — your reviewer can pull the latest report from our Trust Center without a sales call. CAIQ, SIG Lite, and a custom VSA template are available on request.

What does migration from another design-ops tool actually look like?

Our solutions architects run a 14-day migration for Team customers and a 30-day migration for Enterprise. We import tokens, components, and review history from Zeroheight, Supernova, Specify, and Storybook. Avg. time-to-first-imported-token in 2024: 6.4 days. The migration is included in your annual fee — no separate statement of work.

Is there a free trial of Team or Enterprise — or do we have to commit to see it?

Team has a 30-day full-feature trial — no credit card, no auto-conversion. We deliberately don't run a "free trial" of Enterprise because the procurement timeline is longer than any trial window. Instead, the audit call serves as the trial: you'll see your own files inside DRFF before you sign anything.

§ 04 — The receipt

Why the price is what it is.

Citable, third-party-verified numbers — not "trusted by thousands." Drop these directly into the budget memo.
